We accept returns on unused yarn in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that wound yarn or sale items are final sale.
Do you offer dye lot matching?
We always strive to pull from the same dye lot for every order. If we cannot match the dye lots for the quantity requested, we will contact you before shipping.
