At Beehive Wool Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your crafting supplies. If your yarn, needles, or notions aren't quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Ensure all yarn is still in its original skein or ball with the label intact, and place all items securely in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our main warehouse address listed on your packing slip.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
